About Our Directors

Drs. Carlos and Kathy Irizarry are board-certified family physicians who gave six years of mission service in Puerto Rico and retired from 25 years of private practice in Minden, Louisiana. They share an interest in helping people adopt a healthier lifestyle. In 2018 Dr. Carlos became board-certified in lifestyle medicine.
